Further information on requests for preparatory funding for stage II of HPMPs
Following the informal discussions, the Executive Committee decided to remind bilateral and implementing agencies and Article 5 countries to prioritize the phase-out of HCFC-141b and compliance with the 2020 target when requesting and using project preparation funds for projects in non-low-volume-consuming (LVC) countries.
