Cost considerations surrounding financing HCFC phase-out including guidelines

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. To take note of the criteria for funding HCFC phase-out in the consumption sector for stage II of HCFC phase-out management plans, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/72/39;
  2. To invite Executive Committee members to submit to the Secretariat, by 30 June 2014, any additional information they considered necessary to complete the information already contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/72/39; and
  3. To request the Secretariat to prepare a document that contained the additional information submitted under subparagraph (b) above for the consideration of the Executive Committee at its 73rd meeting.
