Decision 75/21

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note with appreciation the final complementary report submitted by UNDP on “Low-cost options for the use of hydrocarbons in the manufacture of polyurethane foams. An assessment for the application in Multilateral Fund projects” contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/75/20; and
2. To request bilateral and implementing agencies to share the UNDP report on “Low-cost options for the use of hydrocarbons in the manufacture of polyurethane foams. An assessment for the application in Multilateral Fund projects”, together with information on other alternatives, when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing projects for the phase-out of HCFC-141b in polyurethane foam applications.
