The Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to resubmit the draft template Agreement for stage II of HCFC phase-out management plans for consideration at the 76th meeting, taking into account the discussion at the 75th meeting and comments received from Executive Committee members no later than 31 December 2015 and including the specific sources of the language included in the draft agreement.
