Decision 77/11

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The progress report of UNEP as at 31 December 2015 contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/77/14;
   2. That UNEP would report to the 79^th meeting on four projects with implementation delays and on 59 projects recommended for additional status reports, as indicated in Annexes III and IV, respectively, to the present report;
2. To assign a completion date of December 2015 to the following projects and to request the return of any remaining balances to the 79^th meeting:
   1. Refrigerant management plan in Maldives (MDV/REF/38/TAS/06);
   2. Technical assistance to phase out the use of methyl bromide in Trinidad and Tobago (TRI/FUM/65/TAS/28); and
3. To request UNEP to submit to the 79^th meeting the final report for the ODS disposal project in Nepal (NEP/DES/59/TAS/27).
