Decision 77/18

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the 2016 progress report on the implementation of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Brazil, submitted by UNDP;
2. To request UNDP to include in the next progress report to be submitted in the context of projects with specific reporting requirements to the 80^th meeting:
   1. The complete list of downstream foam enterprises assisted by the Multilateral Fund under stage I, including the HCFC-141b consumption phased out, the sub-sector, the baseline equipment and the technology adopted; and
   2. The status of implementation of the conversion of the enterprises Ecopur and Panisol, on the understanding that the remaining funds from the conversion of Ecopur would be returned to the Multilateral Fund in the event that the enterprise withdrew from the project.
