The Executive Committee requested the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects approved at the 81st meeting as follows:
- US $1,017,237 (including agency fees) against the balance of the bilateral contribution of the Government of Canada for 2018-2020;
- US $222,182 (including agency fees) against the balance of the bilateral contribution of the Government of Germany for 2018;
- US $371,762 (including agency fees) against the balance of the bilateral contribution of the Government of Italy for 2018;
- US $90,400 (including agency fees) against the balance of the bilateral contribution of the Government of Japan for 2018; and
- US $1,192,731 (including agency fees) against the balance of the bilateral contribution of the Government of Spain for 2018.
