The Executive Committee decided to request relevant bilateral and implementing agencies, when submitting as part of a tranche request reports on the verification of compliance of low-volume consuming countries with HCFC phase-out management plan agreements, to ensure that the verification reports covered all the years since the approval of the previous tranche, including the year of the approval of that tranche.
