Decision 85/4

The Executive Committee decided to request the Government of Argentina, through UNIDO, to provide to the 86^th meeting an update on the financial viability of the enterprise Celpack funded under stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan, to determine whether the enterprise would be assisted by the Multilateral Fund in line with decision 84/64(d)(ii), and to return the funds associated with the conversion of Celpack to the 86^th meeting should the enterprise be removed from the project.
