The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final report on the global (Eastern Africa and Caribbean regions) demonstration project on refrigerant quality, containment and introduction of low‑global‑warming‑potential alternatives in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/85/9; and
- To invite bilateral and implementing agencies to take into account the report referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing and implementing projects in the refrigeration servicing sector.
