159. Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided as follows regarding projects submitted to the Thirteenth Meeting in the commercial and domestic refrigeration sub-sector:
- To approve the requested capital costs;
- To approve incremental costs of one year's duration calculated on the basis of the costs prevailing following the start of operations, if that modality was requested, or incremental operating costs of six months' duration calculated on the basis of prices prevailing when projects were approved, or 10 per cent of incremental capital costs, if that modality was requested;
- To request UNDP, UNIDO and the World Bank, to formulate a joint proposal on operational incremental costs, covering the various issues involved in such calculation, to be presented to the Executive Committee at its Fourteenth Meeting, taking into consideration document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/13/40 and the views expressed by the members of the Executive Committee at its Thirteenth Meeting.
