Decision 86/31

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the request for extension of enabling activities for HFC phase-down submitted by the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/86/21; and
2. To extend the completion date of the enabling activities for HFC phase-down for the Syrian Arab Republic to 31 December 2021, on the understanding that no further extension would be requested and that UNEP would submit, within six months of the project completion date, a final report on the enabling activities completed, in line with decision 81/32(b).
