The Executive Committee decided to advise bilateral and implementing agencies to continue assisting all Article 5 countries in implementing ongoing activities taking into account the constraints imposed by the coronavirus disease pandemic, irrespective of their completion dates, and to report back at the 87th meeting on the specific activities that required an extension of their completion dates.
