The Executive Committee decided:
- To continue consideration of the project to control HFC-23 by-product emissions at Frio Industrias Argentinas in Argentina, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/86/95, Key aspects related to HFC-23 by-product control technologies: Argentina (decision 84/90), at the 87th meeting;
- To note the working document containing a draft decision on the project referred to in sub‑paragraph (a) above that had been considered by the contact group at the 86th meeting, as contained in Annex XLIX to the present report, and that that the Government of Argentina, through UNIDO, would submit a counterproposal for consideration at the 87th meeting.
