Decision 87/28

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex XI to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee; and noting that the following agreements had been updated:
   1. The Agreement between the Government of Belize and the Executive Committee, to reflect the extension of the duration of stage I and the complete phase-out of HCFC-141b by 1 January 2022, as contained in Annex XII to the present report
   2. The Agreement between the Government of Saint Lucia and the Executive Committee, to reflect the extension of the duration of stage I and the revised funding schedule and the changes in monitoring institutions and roles, as contained in Annex XIII to the present report; and
2. That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments as contained in Annex XIV to the present report.
