Decision 88/20

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the status report on the strengthening of the licensing and quota system for HCFCs and information-sharing with the Kenya Revenue Authority on HCFC imports, submitted by the Government of Kenya through the Government of France and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/18; and
2. To request the Government of Kenya, through the Government of France, to provide, at the 90th meeting, an update on the status of implementation of activities for strengthening the licensing and quota system for HCFCs and information-sharing with the Kenya Revenue Authority on HCFC imports.
