Decision 88/25

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the request submitted by UNIDO, on behalf of the Government of Tunisia, for a change of technology in the conversion of an enterprise, Le Panneau, from an n?pentane?based foam-blowing agent to HFO-1233zd under stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Tunisia, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/18; and
2. To approve the change of technology mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above, on the understanding that any additional costs for the conversion would be covered by the enterprise.
