The Committee agreed that a sum of US$ 4,000,000 should be earmarked for the six -Month pilot phase [strategy for small Montreal Protocol investment operations through an umbrella agreement (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/14/13)]. Funds would be disbursed by the Treasurer to the World Bank in the amount approved by the Executive Committee after the Executive Committee's approval of each individual project.
