Institutions capacity

The Executive Committee decided:

  1. To note the status of the analysis of the implications of parallel or integrated implementation of HCFC phase-out and HFC phase-down activities contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/89/5; and
  2. To request the Secretariat to prepare an analysis related to the capacity of the Multilateral Fund institutions to address HFC phase-down, for the consideration of the Executive Committee at its 91st meeting.
