The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the update on progress toward finalization of the draft Act and the entry into force of the bans described in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/88/44, in the context of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Colombia, submitted by UNDP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/90/9; and
- To request UNDP to provide, at the 91st meeting, confirmation of the finalization of the draft Act and the entry into force of the bans mentioned in the update referred to in sub?paragraph (a) above.
