Options for assessing and defining eligible incremental costs for HCFC activities

The Executive Committee decided to reaffirm that the principles of eligible incremental costs of HCFC phase-out projects for stage II of HCFC phase-out management plans established in decision 74/50 would continue to be applied in the future stages.
