Decision 91/13

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the progress report of UNEP as at 31 December 2021 contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/15;
2. To approve the recommendations related to ongoing projects with specific issues contained in Annex VI to the present report;
3. To cancel the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Haiti (stage I, second tranche) (HAI/PHA/76/TAS/21) at the 91^st meeting, and to request UNEP to return the remaining balances in line with decision 28/7;
4. To allow, on an exceptional basis, UNEP to continue implementation of the outstanding activities related to stage I of the HPMP for Mali, and to request UNEP to submit at the 92nd meeting a report on the status of its implementation; and
5. To request the Secretariat to send a letter to the Government of Suriname and UNEP regarding possible cancellation of the HPMP for the country (stage I, third tranche) (SUR/PHA/81/TAS/26).
