Decision 91/21

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report on progress in the future adoption of the interministerial decree (“arrêté interministériel”) for regulating import, export, transit, re-export and trade of ODS and other measures for strengthening the monitoring and reporting systems relating to HCFC import and export under stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Côte d’Ivoire, as submitted by UNEP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/18; and
2. To request the Government of Côte d’Ivoire to provide, through UNEP, at the 92^nd meeting, an update on the adoption of the interministerial decree mentioned in subparagraph (a) above.
