The Executive Committee decided to note the progress report on the implementation of the project for the control of emissions of HFC-23 generated in the production of HCFC-22 at Frio Industrias Argentinas, as submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/18.
