Decision 91/69

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report on the update of the information strategy of the Multilateral Fund, including a detailed plan for information and knowledge management, website and information technology requirements, resources needed and clear timelines for implementation (decision 89/1(c)(ii)), contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/91/70;
2. To approve the actions for the implementation of the new knowledge management system described in the document referred to in subparagraph (a) above, with their corresponding timelines and estimated associated costs for phases 1 and 2;
3. To request the Secretariat to report on the progress of implementation of the new knowledge management system until the completion of phases 1 and 2 as part of the Secretariat activities; and
4. To request the Secretariat to submit an update of the plan for phase 3 and a request for funding for the implementation of phase 3 after phases 1 and 2 had been completed.
