Decision 92/9

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the verification report on HCFC consumption for 2019 to 2021 for Bangladesh, submitted by UNDP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/92/9;
2. To note also that the funding, in the amount of US $2,142,405, plus agency support costs of US $149,968, approved in principle at the 90^th meeting for the second tranche of stage II of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Bangladesh, had been released by the Treasurer to UNDP; and
3. To request UNDP to report on the progress of implementation of the verification recommendations as part of the progress report on the second tranche of stage II of the HPMP for Bangladesh, to be submitted with the request for the third tranche.
