Decision 93/2

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the report of the Treasurer on the status of contributions and disbursements, contained in annex I to the present report;
2. To note also the discussions between the representatives of the Government of Israel and the Deputy Executive Director of UNEP, as well as the communication with the Secretariat, and to invite the Government to resume its contributions to the Multilateral Fund;
3. To note further the discussions between the representatives of the Russian Federation and the Deputy Executive Director of UNEP, as well as the communication with the Treasurer, and to invite the Government to pay its outstanding contributions to the Multilateral Fund;
4. To request the Chief Officer and the Treasurer to continue following up with Parties that had outstanding contributions for one triennium or more, and to report back at the 94th meeting; and
5. To urge all Parties to pay their contributions to the Multilateral Fund in full and as early as possible.
