Decision 93/39

The Executive Committee decided to approve the project preparation for the Kigali HFC implementation plan for Thailand, in the amount of US $220,000, plus agency support costs of US $15,400, on the condition that funding would be disbursed by the Treasurer only after confirmation that the official instrument of ratification had been deposited with and received by the United Nations depositary, signifying the country’s ratification of the Kigali Amendment.
