The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the terms of reference for the desk study for the evaluation of recovery, recycling and reclamation projects contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/12; and
- To request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, when conducting the evaluation of recovery, recycling and reclamation projects, to take into consideration the comments on the matter made by Executive Committee members at the 95th meeting.
