The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the plan for the establishment of a recovery, recycling and reclamation centre for HCFCs, HFCs and blended refrigerants including a feasibility study, associated with stage I of the Kigali HFC implementation plan (KIP) for Burkina Faso, as submitted by the Government of Germany and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/20; and
- To approve the request of the Government of Burkina Faso to replace the establishment of a refrigerant distribution centre for hydrocarbons with the centre referred to in subparagraph (a) above, at the same cost.
