The Executive Committee decided to approve the preparation of a project to enhance energy efficiency in 16 refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturing enterprises in the context of HFC phase-down for Nigeria, in the amount of US $78,000, plus agency support costs of US $5,460, for UNIDO.
