The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the template for an Agreement for stage I of Kigali HFC implementation plans contained in annex LVII to the present document; and
- That Appendices 1-A and 2-A of the template Agreement would be finalized once discussions on the criteria for funding HFC phase-down in Article 5 countries had been completed.
