Decision 96/12

The Executive Committee decided: 

1. To note:
   1. The information relating to decisions 92/15(b) and 95/55(b) on the implementation of the third and fourth tranches of stage II and the first tranche of stage III of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for Pakistan, as submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/11;
   2. That stage II of the HPMP for Pakistan had been completed and that the project completion report would be submitted by the end of June 2025; and
2. To request UNIDO, on behalf of the Government of Pakistan, to submit to the 97th meeting a detailed action plan related to the conversion of the enterprise Cool Point in the polyurethane foam sector under stage III of the HPMP.
