Decision 96/13

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the progress report on the project for additional activities for the introduction of alternatives to HCFCs with low or zero global-warming potential and for maintaining energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector in Kyrgyzstan, as submitted by UNEP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/96/11;
2. To approve, on an exceptional basis, the extension of the completion date of the project referred to in subparagraph (a), above, to 30 June 2025, on the understanding that no further extension would be requested; and
3. To request UNEP, on behalf of the Government of Kyrgyzstan, to submit the final progress report on the implementation of the project referred to in subparagraph (a), above, at the 97th meeting.
