Decision 97/5

Following the informal discussions, the Executive Committee decided: 

1. To note:
   1. The revised 2026, 2027 and proposed 2028 budgets of the Fund Secretariat contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/97/7;
   2. The return, to the Multilateral Fund at the 97th meeting, of US $830,809, consisting of US $789,795 from the approved 2024 budget of the Fund Secretariat and US $41,014 from the monitoring and evaluation work programme;
2. To approve, as contained in annex II to the present report:
   1. The revised 2026 budget in the amount of US $9,670,045;
   2. The revised 2027 budget in the amount of US $9,581,735; and
   3. The proposed 2028 budget in the amount of US $9,670,045.
