The Executive Committee decided to note:
- The information on country programme data and prospects for compliance contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/98/5, and that, as at 7 May 2026, 100 countries had submitted 2025 country programme data;
- That an additional 21 countries had submitted 2025 country programme data after the issuance of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/98/5; and
- That, as at 7 May 2026, the online country programme data reporting system had been used by 127 countries, of which 126 had officially submitted their 2024 data and 96 had officially submitted their 2025 data.
