The Executive Committee decided:
- To note the request for the extension of the implementation of the HCFC phase-out management plan for Bhutan, as submitted by UNEP and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/98/6; and
- To approve, on an exceptional basis, and on the understanding that no further extension of project implementation would be approved, the extension to 31 December 2027 of the completion date of the project referred to in subparagraph (a) above, to allow the completion of the additional activities to maintain energy efficiency in the refrigeration servicing sector submitted in line with decision 89/6.
