The Executive Committee decided to note:
- The progress report on the preparation of a project to enhance energy efficiency and to convert 29 refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturing enterprises from the use of HFCs to low-global-warming-potential technology in Türkiye, submitted by UNIDO and contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/98/6; and
- That the project referred to in subparagraph (a) above would be submitted by UNIDO to the 99th meeting.
