After considering the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on preparation of policy papers (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/20/5, para. 60), the Executive Committee decided to review, at the end of each Meeting, its requests for policy papers from the Secretariat so that a realistic timeframe could be agreed for their preparation and discussion.
