China: Project preparation (World Bank)
Having noted the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/12, para. 6 (c)), the Executive Committee noted that the recommended amounts might be increased if the preconditions set in the World Bank work programme were met.
