The Executive Committee, having noted the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/12, paras. 6, 14, 17, and 20) decided to approve the investment project proposals listed in Annex V to the present report [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/36], for the amounts indicated and subject to any condition specified.
