Indonesia: Conversion of tobacco expansion process from CFC-11 to carbon dioxide at P.T. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna and P.T. Djarum (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/19)
Having noted the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/12, para. 14 (a)), the Executive Committee decided to approve funding for the conversion of the tobacco expansion process from CFC-11 to carbon dioxide at P. T. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna and P.T. Djarum, as indicated in Annex V to the present report [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/36]. The project was approved on an ad hoc basis as it would represent a total phase out of CFC-11 in the tobacco sector in Indonesia.
