Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/15, para. 7 (e)), the Executive Committee, in approving the project, agreed that the market survey conducted under the project would strive to identify the maximum possible number of consumers of ODS.
