Having taken note of the considerations of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/23/10/Add.1, paragraph 70), and in particular of the fact that available resources in the Fund currently totalled US $62 million and approvals of projects and activities for funding recommended by the Sub-Committee totalled about US $100 million, the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To use the funds currently available to allocate money to the most cost-effective projects first;
(b) To request the Fund Secretariat to instruct the Treasurer to transfer money to the remainder of the projects as soon as the balance became available.
