China: Conversion of rigid and spray polyurethane foam manufacture from CFC-11 to HCFC-141b foam blowing agent at Victory Petroleum Organization Bureau (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/30 and Add.1)
Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/17, paragraph 68), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in Annex III to the present report.
