The Executive Committee decided to request UNEP to revise the document on the phasing-out of ozone‑depleting substances in low-ODS-consuming countries and to request UNDP and UNEP to revise the documents on approaches to ODS phase-out in small and medium-sized enterprises and the strategy paper for foam-producing enterprises to ensure consistency in policy approach. The revised documents should be submitted to the Nineteenth Meeting, with the content simplified where appropriate and should take into account comments by members of the Executive Committee, to be submitted to the Secretariat by 15 January 1996, and existing policy.
