Decision 19/4

The Executive Committee, noting the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on the sectoral distribution of projects (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/19/5, para. 16), decided to request the implementing agencies and countries to include with each project proposal submitted for approval by the Executive Committee a brief description of how the project would contribute to helping the country to achieve the 1999 freeze.
