Argentina: Project preparation (World Bank)
Having noted the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/12, para. 6 (a)), the Executive Committee decided that no funds would be expended for this project until the World Bank reported to the Executive Committee that progress had been made with the implementation of existing projects.
