Colombia: Project preparation (World Bank)
Having noted the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/21/12, para. 30 (a)), the Executive Committee decided to approve the request for funding for project preparation activities by the World Bank in Colombia and that no funds would be expended until the existing impediments to project implementation in that country had been removed.
