Having noted the recommendation of the Sub-Committee (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/22/5, para. 18), the Executive Committee also decided that the new schedule of meetings should be put into effect as soon as possible and therefore to hold its Twenty-third Meeting in late November or early December 1997 in accordance with the new schedule.
